Free parking is available on site.

 

We offer Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, a practical, skill-based approach with strong research support for anxiety, burnout, chronic illness, and life transitions.

 

Telehealth appointments are also available throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts for clients who prefer to meet remotely or whose schedule makes commuting difficult. We are accepting new clients now and most are seen within the week.
