Are you feeling stuck in cycles of stress, worry, or self-criticism? FACT (Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) provides tools you can use right away to create meaningful change.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Respond differently to anxiety, depression, and chronic pain

  • Step back from unhelpful thoughts and self-criticism

  • Clarify your values and take steps toward what matters most

Program Information

  • Program Length: 3 weeks (3 sessions)

  • Cost: $15 per session OR $35 for the full program

  • Insurance: Accepted

  • Location / Format: 2100 Broad Street, Cranston

  • Next Start Date: Beginning of every month

Mindfulness Group

Build Psychological Flexibility

Join a supportive group where you’ll learn skills to help with psychological flexibility—the ability to stay open, adapt, and respond in healthy ways no matter what life throws at you.

  • Situational awareness skills to notice what’s happening inside and around you

  • How to shift out of autopilot and act in line with your values

  • Simple tools for handling stress, worry, or difficult thoughts
