Clinical Counseling
Select this service if you have been dealing with an ongoing challenge such as a diagnosed chronic illness, the loss of a spouse, anxiety, depression, or other more long term conditions.

The primary approach is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), but also includes aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Integral Psychotherapy.

This service takes a deeper look at key components of your experience addressing how you think, what your unconscious rules are, where you picked up these rules, and how you typically respond to triggers. From there this approach uses education, mindfulness and behavior change strategies to increase your psychological flexibility.

Typical session lasts around 45 minutes and most patients find improvement in their lives in 8 to 12 sessions. Telehealth and in person sessions offered.
